All Lines Challenge

Post by Soup Dragon »

The 22nd December will be the last chance to complete an All Lines Challenge with the existing Twelve Lines, so as with the DLR Challenge the current records will have to be rested and a new record set for the remaining Eleven Lines.

Perhaps we could introduce another All Lines category which still involves Twelve Lines by using the DLR? What do other forum members think is the best option?

Yeah, I'd say eleven too. Surely it's as much of a line as the Overground is, so to include it would mean having to include that too?

Incidentally, without the EL line it should cut down routes quite a bit. Perhaps a sub 45 minute time could be possible?

My Actual idea was to have two categories of "All Line" Challenge.

Category A = All 11 Underground Lines
Category B = All 11 Lines + the DLR

Personally, I'd say just having the 11 Underground lines, and I'd say that having a different challenge but that was so similar would just needlessly complicate things. Especially since there wasn't a separate record for 12+DLR. But I'm open to being converted!

I'd be up for just having the 11 Underground lines one. The idea is to keep a record summary as simple as possible, and adding the DLR doesn't help this happen. After all, why not add the Tramlink or the Overground services while you're at it?
