Random 15 Championship 2010/11 - Round One
Please select which date you would prefer for the 1st round. To make this as fair as possible you have FOUR votes and can vote against dates you can't make.
I will check with Matt if the R15 generator can be amended to include London Overground, otherwise this will be a normal round.

The 14th works well for me - both myself and Dudey will be in London anyway, and as it's my birthday I can try and guilt drinks out of fellow competitors* too!

Welp no Saturdays in August are available for me, so I shall bid you all good luck!
(if we do have to spill over into September, then the fourth is good for me...

I've just checked the version of the code on my machine, LU,LO,z1-2, and Morden Road came out of the hat!scrxisi wrote:I think the next evolution of the R15 generator will already have LO stations in, but I don't think it works yet. I'll have to check. Will try to find out/fix as appropriate before the date, whatever is decided...

I think it needs a few bugfixes...

I don't think any date has enough support, therefore I would suggest that we delay round one until September.

The way you've done this poll, it's nearly impossible for one date to be clearly supported. The 'NOT' votes are red herrings. How do you know that people havn't voted for those that wouldn't come anyway?Soup Dragon wrote:I don't think any date has enough support, therefore I would suggest that we delay round one until September.

What if you don't get a clear result in September either? 21st August has the most votes so I think we should go with that.
Last year R1 was in July so we are already "behind schedule".

I'll be honest: I don't see the point of the NOT votes: in the past, you have just put all the Saturdays in the month, which is simpler and allowed people to make multiple votes. I think if you decide to do September, this is the best way to do it. I would also like to be able to have a bit of notice for buying train tickets.
