Once again, I feel some of these "clues" might be a bit subjective.

In the spirit of this, my "clue" is that large black tunnel mouth that we can all see. Clever eh?

With regard to what I consider a clue, in this particular picture I would class the tunnel entrance as the biggest clue. You could then say things line "island platform" and "look at those buildings on the left" but you would have to have actually visited the station or seen photos of it to know about those, and many stations have island platforms. An outside station with a tunnel entrance in the distance narrows down the possiblities in the minds of those people who have never been to this station before and must therefore be the main line of investigation (no pun intended).

The comment "the view looking north" is certainly a non-picture clue as it implies that the line has a designated "northbound" track, so that makes it two "clues" for me.

There is no way in the world you can see a poster with a line diagram on in this picture so don't try to pull that shit on us again.

If you're as clever as I you could use the leaves on the trees to work out what time of year it is, then work out the shadow length/angle to calculate what time of day it is and therefore which direction is north.

There are only two clues of any use to anyone who is not familiar this station by sight - the tunnels and the "north" comment.
