I have been looking at the optimum route for a month or so now....
Geoff all you have to do now is caluculate my starting station.....
Perhaps the chosen starting station of Wimbledon Park?
This does look interesting - does anyone else think they can make it|?
And my first thoughts about a route suggest knocking Moor Park off quite early...

Well that's why you are Mr Guru I guess....tubeguru wrote:Take the District line one stop back to Dagenham East and get the 364 bus.
Honestly, I'm not even doing this and here I am working out your route for you ...

I did spend some time looking at bus connections but I couldn't see what station on the central line the 364 goes to

Also I would think that journey time by bus to anywhere in that vacinity would be 40 mins or so......

You read my mind I was just nosing at that on A to Z now.. still looks better than doubling back to West Ham / Stratford...tubeguru wrote:Crossing Eastern Avenue at Newbury Park could be tricky - it's the A12 (or is that the A13?) and it's dual-carriageway with railings in the middle.
There may be a subway.

I had been trying to resarch buses on TFL and couldn't find much that was of help......
