3 park runs to go to get 50. So do I run my 50th on the 12th at Penrose or do I wait a week and run it in London.

Shame it doesn't quite tie in with my 100th

No can do I already have several work colleagues coming to Bushy on the 12th including one where it is there only chance to run at Bushy before they head to Australia....

Forget it that wont be happening
My times have peaked out, only 33:14 at Bedfont today, too old, too overweight and a very old long term injury that impedes my stride pattern....
I am now consistently running 2 mins slower than 6 months ago............ I am struggling to get anywhere near 32 mins on flat courses and I am trying just a hard as ever...
Just enjoying the stats for different courses and total runs column now....

Knocked nearly a minute off my previous PB, but as I didn't get there in time to warm up properly I'm still feeling it now. Won't be running next week but I feel that the sub 30 time is in reach before the end of the year.

I made a map showing the type of course each parkrun is. Some are very hard to categorise, but the categories are based on the options given out in a recent survey by parkrun HQ.
