No parkrun for me this week :shock: It's the darts team JBO to Littlehampton....

Yes could not get back to Penzance by 12 so will attempt Exeter in 3weeks.

They delayed the start by 15 minutes too, so you would have made it easily. :)

At least I got a course PB at Penrose today.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

I fell short of my PB at Exeter - it was a bit hot, and I was struggling. I got 23:38 though, which is the first time I have set in the 23-minute bracket. :lol:

Also I love the buzz and the whole occasion, often the Mayor or similiar will turn up to cut the starting tape....

So far have done; Northala / Woking / Bracknell / Harcourt Hill / Tring / Gadebridge / South Oxhey / Didcot / Brentwood / Panshanger / Harlow / Maidenhead / Barclay & Cassiobury
