OK, the spreadsheet is updated here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Four PBs this week, from:

jamesthegill (57 seconds)
steeevooo (two seconds)
tractakid (15 seconds)
and me (one minute, nine seconds)

I went to Exeter Riverside and smashed my PB, simply because the ground is flat and even. I don't think I'll ever run that time at Plymvalley, but I reckon I could go faster at Exeter. We'll give it a go one week. :)

Another cracking time, Mr t.

Overall, 10 runners and 4 PBs. Well done all.

Going back through this thread makes interesting reading. Looking at the list, I wonder if I'll ever be able to catch the people ahead of me on the 21:xx times. And can I hold off the people behind me?

Do you use a watch or phone to track your pace while running Neil. Or do you just turn up and run.

My usual thing is to turn up with my watch, time myself, and then wait to see if the official results differ! I don't worry about pace, although I have started using the lap feature on my stopwatch to record my split times at various points of the Plymvalley run, so I can see if I'm faster or slower through each section each week.
