Woohoo, got a one second PB at Southwark in front of a cohort of tube challenging parkrunners :)

I was 33 seconds off my best today, but another solid run done.

And chasing down that cohort spurred me on to knock a chunk off my PB.

We need to add The Raven on debut with a 30:21, welcome aboard Glen 8)

Well, I became Parkrun tourist for the first time today, venturing over to Exeter Riverside to finally have a go on a flat course. I'm waiting for the official time, but it is definitely a PB by my own timing. :)

Event number 36 for me today, the inaugural at Barclay Park in Hoddesdon... Tough course being a 3 lapper with two hills to climb on each circuit.....

I was about 2 minutes down on my PB too. Still, it's always nice to get out and run.

Only a small breeze at Coventry today. Coventry is not directly beside the sea.
