Definitely Southsea this week so that I can run from the original, better, start location.

Hopefully Dulwich the next week, but not yet confirmed.

After that I'm thinking of touring other local parkruns.

My first go of the new route at MK. Think it's a good idea to run it before run directing in two weeks time!

Two PB's at Penrose new course PB for me in a gentle 33.20 and a new Parkrun PB for Matthew in 30.05. And he beats me in a Parkrun for the first time. This leg better recover quickly.

Fully fit I'll take at least 6 - 7 mins off that time.

I'm happy with today's time 2 weeks ago I marshalled on crutches. So a work in progress.

Really pleased to PB Bedfont Lakes today in 31:07, down from 31:43 in the total of 28 runs at my home course and my second best time on any course :D
And in driving rain, wind and a brief appearance of hailstones!

And a commendable effort, too. I notice that your stats page doesn't show your 25:25 at Fulham Palace on the 14th of March as a PB. Which is weird.

I think it because it wasn't at my home Parkrun.

But that's just stupid, and it makes less sense to mark each different venue's PB as a PB, which is what they currently do. You should only get "PB" next to a time if it is your overall PB (in my opinion).

I think they do it that way as each course is so different.
