Right, put myself down to volunteer on 25/04, so 100th run should now be 09/05. Only two weeks later than originally expected lol

No Parkrun for me today - I am aching all over from three days of CrossFit in a row, and I ache like hell all over.

Good time today, but not a PB.

Not that it really matters to anyone here except me, but Southsea parkrun reverts to its official course next week after the reopening of the South Parade Pier awning.

I am sat with the Whitley Bay crew who are having to input all times manually from an iPhone after a timer problem! I don't envy the task. I believe I am just shy of a PB :( We'll see.

Should have been at Gunnersbury, where the token-giver-outer person dropped some of the finish tokens, and instead of leaving them (which can be fixed easily) picked them up and in a panic gave them out in the wrong order. DOH! Some people have got PB's then the shouldn't, some didn't get one when they should!! MESSY...
Heard the token role briefing at Whitley Bay specifically advise not worrying if tokens were dropped and just carry on.

But... I definitely think the staff member issuing tokens should be docked their wages... ;-)

Hmm, might have to go run at Pymmes or similar just to get my place finish PB down. :)
