Well, my plan today was to go to Exeter Riverside, but as I finished work at 23.35 last night I didn't fancy getting up as early as I would have needed to in order to drive there. So I stuck with good old Plymvalley, where the mud has dried considerably, and flat path has emerged in the meadow. I could have run it in my Reebok Nanos today if I'd wanted to, and I may well do so next weekend if it doesn't rain.

I did time myself too, but I forgot to save it from my VivoSmart, and I only glanced at it before the time disappeared. Suffice it to say I finished 34th (new PB there), and it was under 25 minutes. Bracing myself for a possible PB, but it may be close.

I've knocked up a Google Docs-type spreadsheet thing for our Parkrun league, which shows a few more stats for people. Here's the link:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Just in case any of it is not self-explanatory ...

"PB POSITION" is your best overall finishing position.
"PB AGE GRADING %" is the age grading for your PB time.
"WEEKS SINCE LAST RUN" is the number of actual weeks which have elapsed since you last did a Parkrun (zero means you ran the latest one)
"RUNS SINCE LAST PB" is how many Parkruns you have taken part in since your last PB (zero means you set your PB at your last run)
"NUMBER OF VENUES" is the number of different venues you have run at.

Any PBs for the last Saturday's run will be highlighted in red (hence why I am highlighted this week). You'll notice that Iain's PB time is not age-graded. If I knew his exact age I could actually work it out. :)

Edit: I now know Iain's exact age, and have calculated his age-grade as more or less 60.05%, accurate to 0.05%.

Enjoy!

My PB time is off by a minute. :(

Nevertheless, that's excellent stuff, tubeguru. I really like all those extra stats.

I added a second sheet, where the table is sorted by age-gradings. I suppose that is the closest we'll get to seeing how we compare directly with each other.

The sort order on the table is: Age-grading % first, then by PB time, and then by PB position.

I went slower for the first time in a five runs today - the weather was windy, with much mud and puddles. Only two PBs in a field of 108!

The table has been updated. No PBs this week, apart from me getting a PB finishing position of 30th.
