Well if someone could tell us who it is, instead of being all secretive about it, that would be just great.

Well done all that were out this morning. I've been concentrating on longer runs at the mo and won't get to a park run for 4 weeks. But will get to a lot more when Penrose Parkrun starts on the 28th next month.

More parkrun goodness for me today with a new PB of 26:28.

Well done to everyone who's been out there running.

Was a pleasure to run with Myles this morning at Northala Fields. I took it a little bit easier so I'm very happy to have my 3rd best time.

I was going all-out, and it felt like I was struggling. It's hard to get a feel for your pace with so much mud to negotiate.

Thanks for coming down Andrew. Was a tough run, but made it and it was well under an hour! Will definitely be going again it felt good to be up and out so early on the weekend as I'm usually in bed!

Maybe Andrew doesn't have a Dominos pizza addiction, might help his time
