No PB for me as I didn't go due to not receiving my new shoes in time. I'm not running it in my Nikes again - they're lethal. A photo posted on the Facebook group confirmed by suspicions that the course would be even worse than normal. Back next week to take on the mud ...

Sorry Geoff I only know there times as I track them for reference. I was unaware that you were even at Southwark.
And my comment was aimed more at me to get my finger out and run a faster time.
Also the only person I race is me in my on going battle with the clock.

Not an overall PB but a Bedfont Lakes PB breaking 32 mins for the 1st time today with 31:43 so quite pleased with that

And a fifth improvment today, as yours truly took 36 seconds off his time for a new PB of 26:34. Have some of that.
