Well, just to shut Andi up, I did my first Parkrun this morning. One half of the course was a muddy, icy, water-covered field, and the other half was a nice valley trail.

I didn't time myself, so time to follow shortly.

I assume that list in the very first post needs updating a bit?

Edit - updated it myself. I'm coming for some of you ...

That is an absolute corker Neil, especially in the conditions :)

I went out for a 5K run today, around the local roads, and over the bridge into Cornwall. All tarmac, so completely different to Plymvalley Parkrun, and I wore my Reebok Nanos instead of my Nike running shoes. My time was 25:37.

I did my second run today. The mud was awful - slowed me right down, and my time was 27:07. On a dry field, I will smash my PB, I'm sure of it.

I wish our course would dry out one of these weekends coming up - I can't think about a PB in all that mud.
