i know two mistakes i made having a coffee only 20 mins before the start so i didnt have time to digest it properly and bounding off at the start too fast so i ran out of steam in the middle part but weight loss will help get faster under that 20 mins barrier.nozzacook wrote:Cracking time Andi now you need to work on getting under 20mins.
