Best to strap it up when on the move & keep off it as much as possible. Take Ibuprofen at regular intervals.
At the end of the day worst case is a slower time due to a slower pace.

Can i confirm the following people are still "on" for this, before I send the witness statement form to print.

--Going Underground
--Andi
--Tangy (i.e. myself)
--Nozza
--scrxisi (confirmed to me via MSN)
--Neilandrewhall

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Can I also confirm the real name of member neilandrewhall, so that it is spelt correctly on the witness statement form.

Kevin- is your avatar forthcoming? Email or via MSN will do fine. Sorry, for being a pain, but I want an early night tomorrow... need to get the 0300 night bus!!

right a final thing is this jinxed we now have no support as sara starts her new job tomorrow morning :D i have to park my car at Harrow on hill this should be fine to get back from amersham/chesham if not then i will forego Moor park - Chesham and Amersham and drive the car up to the finishing point to give lifts back.I presume sam and Matt might decide also to give up a little early as they dont want to be stranded up the top end of the map.

neil if not getting the night bus to hatton cross i suggested he meets us at Earls court at around 07.12am

I think Nozza has transport that may be able to help us out as well at the end of the attempt...
I am leaving my car at Hatton X which may or may not be helpful...
Man what a last few days, our support gone and looking like we are really going to struggle to get round... Roll on 2013 let's hope that is better

Best of luck guys. I had hoped that I might be able to come out and support you for a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon, but I've now got too much on for this to be possible (and my calf/ankle still won't let me do any running :( ). But I have just made a small donation to your justgiving page.
