Im guessing that they made 07.28 train from Hanger Lane i think they must have had a late 07.35 bus in their favour unless they got 07.50 running early

LATEST UPDATE 11.20AM

The team are now heading south/westbound on the Jubilee from Stratford having just been up the Central Line round the Hainhault loop, where they have lost 6 minutes due to a slow driver getting them into Woodford 4 minutes behind schedule. Other than that all has gone well this morning and the team are all in high spirits, especially Rachel who apparently hasn't stopped smiling and can't believe how much fun it actually is! Tfl are still reporting severe delays on the District Line due to signal failure at Hammersmith, as well as a bizarre part suspension of the H&C line between Barking and Whitechapel. The District line might actually effect the team soon, but with the length this delay has been going on it's sure to have cleared up soon.

I'll let Andi continue the updates, I just thought i'd let people know since there's been a bit of a gap. I'm heading off to join the team and help out and will probably get to them about the same time Ollie leaves them at 4pm. It sounds like a very fun day!

thanxs dudey for that

latest update 10.02 were at Fairlop going into hainault the magnificient 7 were going well but a slow train into Woodford made them miss a connection up to Epping and were 5 mins down coming back down the train was held at leytonstone for a few mins and then again at stratford so being 10 mins down still good though dont know if got message about delays as they might just have gone underground before i could reach them.

no problamo. for that last update at 11.20 i spoke to them at West Ham on the Jubilee, and told them of those delays, he said it might effect them soon, but they were heading to Bond Street, and i'm not actually sure where they're going from there so don't know whether they'll be trying to use the District yet. It's so vague to say 'severe delays on the district line' anyways since certain parts of it could be running perfectly fine (eg. the Wimbleware and Olympia-HSK shuttle).

I'm now about to get in the car and head to Hatton Cross, where i'll be trying to catch up with 'the magnificent 7' + anyone else that's with them, i think i need wishing luck with this as well at the speed they're moving!

Am I correct in thinking that the scheduled itinerary is Amersham 05:28 -> LHR T5 22:34, that is 17h06m? In which case, 30 minutes or so down is presumably still on course to get inside the 18h15m benchmark?

Yes they are still on course to beat the 18h 15m time but the last contact Ive had was via BBC 3CR that they are at fenchurch street as I type but have run into a part suspended at Barking.will keep you posted.
