Nice trip to Wanstead flats this morning - half sports field, half wood/forest trail. Flat but fairly uneven underfoot, so I was pleased with 31 minutes dead. A short walk from Leytonstone High Road. Toilets, somewhere to leave bags indoors, and tea and coffee available. Or if you fancy breakfast then a Spoons nearby

It was a beautiful summers day Kevin nearly didn't show up on time and snobbish volunteer group.

New PB for me today at Letchworth by almost 150 seconds. Rather less impressive given that this is only the third time I've completed a course, with 1x tail walk, and 1x really wet under my belt previously.

If you're really wet under your belt, you might want to make use of the toilet facilities beforehand :D

Wormwood Scrubs for Andi, Kev and myself yesterday. Tougher than I was expecting so not a fast time, but an enjoyable course and a good brekkie after!

Erm, no idea what that was meant to say prior to autocorrect getting at it!
It made sense originally I promise.

Bexley today with Andi - lovely park but ridiculously hot, even at 9am, so I didn't turn in a good time. Only 12 left in London (although another is being added soon I believe)

Fulham Palace for me today - flat but quite twisty, and I went off way too fast and blew up about halfway. Way better than last week but not the sub 30 I was hoping to have achieved again by now

That was officially my 50th run so I got a nice round of applause :D

Somehow today on a gently undulating course I managed to set a slower time than my previous PB. I blame the existence of tarmac.
