A PB for crypto puts him above me (booooo), and GU runs the best-named course of the day. Also, Nozza and Damian ran the course nearest to my house, and Nozza came within a second of his worst time. He just scraped inside it. I can only assume tractakid was tail-running, and that the last person was very slow ...
Haha I was running with my youngest daughter forgot to mention the word mount was significant.
I plan to return to Mount Edgecombe to see what I can do running on my own.

Managed to get out for a parkrun this morning in my hometown of Shrewsbury. Nice course and we had beautiful weather. Although I was 2 mins slower than my PB but that's probably down to not running for the last 4-5 weeks...

Enjoyed Winchester. Thought I'd have to parkrun in Vans as I left my running shoes behind yesterday. A fellow tourist heard my misdemeanor and, amazingly had a spare pair that were just my size! So I ran in some garish orange running shoes :)

There were several tourists there and it was lovely to stop and chat in the cafe afterwards.

Sorry I didn't make it to Bournemouth for the darts but I had to get back to MK by afternoon.
