A good start to the day for Andi............
Made the dreaded Moor Park connection with 1 minute to spare......
Seems that Ollie over slept and didn't make the scheduled meet up as arranged at Chesham....
The witness statement obtained at Chesham was done by the same person as his previous attempt
Andi was a few minutes ahead of schedule at Alperton due to a slightly delayed South/East bound Piccadilly train that he hadn't scheduled to make....
This time was lost heading North / West bound waiting for a Central Line service to West Rusilip......
So as of 07:45 hrs Andi was exactly on schedule.........
Weather is currently good in London, a fair amoutn of sunshine an no wind.....
Only current service issue are minor delays on Piccadilly due sugnal failure at Turnham Green..So is currently behaving itself a lot better than earlier this week......

Andi will shortly be leaving Harrow & Wealdstone and is now approx 7 minutes behind schedule.....This was caused due to train going into West Ruislip at slow speed and subsequently missed the planned Ickenham departure......

UPDATE 1055 HRS
*************
Despite catching bus route 142 in the wrong direction Andi managed to persuade the driver to let him off before the next stop and has actually made some time up and is now approx 5 minutes down.....
There may be a change of route plan due to fire alert at Wood Green causing severe delays on the Piccadilly Line.......

Oh bugger it. I wish someone had reminded me - I was sort of half-asleep at that time and could have gone to meet him if I had remembered.

I was there at 13:50 so I don't know if I beat Andi or not!

I did a mini trip taking HEX from Paddington to T5 and then I did an out-and-back from there to Hatton Cross. The Piccadilly was in quite a mess and I had to wait 12 minutes until departure of the first train from T5, then I had to hang around for another 6 minutes at Hatton Cross for a T5 train which was the first indicated departure there. I hope Andi did better and I'll be checking regularly this evening for further updates - GOOD LUCK!

Why do all Finns have to be flying all the time?
