By this time I had it narrowed down to Chichester, Barnham, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove, Reigate (served by FGW and Southern), and Ore (Southern and Southeastern occasionally). The i clue cut it down to Barnham, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove and Ore. The ore clue would split it in two, and I wondered whether if jamesthegill was actually at Ore he would accidentally give the game away. As it is it was a tossup between Hove and Barnham

I was only going by the letter clues (no "i", not "ore") for stations along the south coast, which makes me wonder why I thought of Ford before Havant (even though they're both wrong).

I mean, it's not like I catch a train at Havant almost every week. Oh wait, I do!
