Peter's Tube 3

17:44:20 Heathrow T4 - Watford.

Highlights
Olympia, Hainault and Mill Hill East all worked perfectly
11 second turnaround at Morden, and 21 seconds at Brixton
No line suspensions / severe delays all day
2 min wait for a 307 at High Barnet

Lowlights
After the good 307 connection, arriving at Cockfosters to see a train pulling out and the other platforms all empty
Going the wrong way at Edgware and ending up at the lifts. By the time the lift came, the train had gone, if I had taken the stairs I would have caught it.
Running from Chiswick Park to Gunnersbury to find the normal entrance was closed due to flooding. Luckily I managed to run round to the other entrance in time to catch the train

Congratulations on joining the completers' club. Look forward to hearing more about it when you've recovered.

The original plan was to go to Watford first as normal then finish at Chesham, this would have been about 17:42. However the Watford train looked to be running slightly late and I was worried about missing the 1 min turnaround at Watford which would have lost me another 30 min.

So I decided it was safer to stay on the Chesham train I was on and come back for Watford later.

This is fairly common surely? Up to South Wimbledon and then run/bus to Wimbledon.

They're off to the left - I just saw the sign to platforms 2&3 and followed it
