Re: Ever done the challenge without a route planned beforeha
Last year I did a rare solo 270 attempt, the only bit that was timetabled was from Heathrow T4 to KPA (to ensure I got a KPA train). The rest of that route I had in my head but not planned out train by train.

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

This is what happened on my first two attempts. The third attempt KPA went very wrong, and the fourth attempt, on an exhibition day, I accidentaly got the train back to Chesham so started half an hour behind schedule.tangy wrote:Last year I did a rare solo 270 attempt, the only bit that was timetabled was from Heathrow T4 to KPA (to ensure I got a KPA train).
