I receive a popular F1 magazine in the post every month (my wife renews it for me on my birthday each year). I always enjoy having a go at their sometimes ridiculously-tricky F1 quiz which appears in the magazine each month.

I thought I'd post the latest quiz up here, to see who knows their stuff. Try not to cheat - just see how many you know. Those of you who happen to read this magazine too will recognise the questions, so try to avoid entering unless you haven't seen the answers yet! Have a guess at some of them if you don't know. I usually do, and it tends to pay off.

Tricky indeed. I think I know two of the answers. I'll have to think about the rest, or failing that, guess. I'll abide by your request not to look them up.

I just realised that question two is worded slightly wrongly for the answer it requires. You need to name the race, and not just the circuit, at which Vettel scored his second GP win.

10. As is a common theme, I have no idea, so I'll go for setting the perfect three (pole position, fastest lap, race win). Though thinking about it, it must surely have been done before then, but I can't think of another answer!

So, after those stellar answers, the scores are:

With regard to Snudge27's answer of finishing a race whilst going backwards, this is almost what happened to Vittorio Brambilla at the 1975 Austrian GP. The linked video shows edited highlights of the race with no commentary, so here's a brief overview. Niki Lauda leads in number 12 Ferrari, with James Hunt's Hesketh (24) following. Brambilla is in the all-orange March (9). After a couple of crashes, we see both Hunt and Brambilla pass Lauda, whose car was not properly set up for the wet conditions. Hunt was also in trouble though, as his engine was down to seven cylinders. As they came up to Hunt's team mate, Brett Lunger, Brambilla pounced and got past Hunt, who then spent two laps trying to get by his own team mate. With the rain getting worse, a decision was taken to stop the race, but the chequered flag was used, meaning that the race was officially over, with half points being awarded. Brambilla won, and immediately lost control of his car, crashing it into the barrier along the start/finish straight. The first video doesn't show this, but the second one does. The oldest driver in the field at 37, it was Brambilla's only GP victory.
