It's all to play for amongst the top six. Dont forget that the top two might have to discard points depending if they score in the final round. Tom has a low score of 3 and Kevin has 5. The final positions could be decided by total wins, current standings are:
3 Wins - Al Brown
2 Wins - Antony Brown, John Stark, Tom Wood
1 Win - Kevin Brown, Peter Smyth

Sorry Andi, it was my fault, I had forgotten that you had applied to be substitute BERC. If this was the Apprentice and I was Sir Alan, then I would have to say "Kevin, you're fired".

I hate to clog up the forum with stuff that has undoubtedly been discussed before - but, remind me what the joker is?

Thanks

If you play your joker, the score for that round is doubled. However you have to decide before the results are announced

And you only get to play one joker during the entire championship.

I think it is about time that we fix a date for the 2010/11 championship to start. Now the ELL is open perhaps we should make the first round a London Overground round? The Overground seems clear of engineering works for the next few Saturdays.

I second that. I think it's about time we got it going (perhaps start a poll for the first round in August) - perhaps think about any other 'twists' we want to include. Definitely have one London Overground round now that we have the ELL to play with. I also think (as well as or instead of a London Overground round), that we could include the London Underground, London Overground and DLR within zones 1 and 2 (i.e. all TfL modes within zones 1 and 2).
