Erm, sorry for the late close of these quizzes, I'm having trouble with the days.
Photo Quiz 10.13 was East India, and the foot of the bridge over Aspen Way.

My clue on the first one is that you could actually see a DLR line in the background - therefore its either a station near an interchange, or an entrance a looong way from the platforms. It was the latter, from Google Earthing it.
I struggled with the second, until I noticed the double set of fluorescent lights, it turns out not many DLR (red handrails on the stairs, blue girders holding the platforms up) stationcould be s have these, once WIQ noted as a possible answer, the roof structure was also found to match.
I still have no idea where I've seen a similar picture before...
