Is there going to be a quarterly R15 challenge in March?

Yes there are 4 Saturdays in March available to hold round 4 of the R15 Championship.
I guess you can rule out 14th March as it's the day after Comic Relief "Heroes & Villains".
My personal preference would be 7th March, good practice for comic relief and a chance to finalise our plans. The other options are 21st or 28th March. In the true spirit of forum democracy, which tubeguru fully embraces, I will leave it for a few comments from you all before I fix the date! :)

Although I haven't taken part before, it would be my first tube challenge variant so I would be very interested in coming along. Hope that's alright.

As for availability, there is only one Saturday when I'll be in London - 21st March. What time do you normally set off at? If it's in the evening, I won't be able to make it I'm afraid.

We usually start at around 1pm. The random 15 takes between 3 and 4 hours, depending on which set of stations are randomly drawn. All teams then meet at the Horse & Groom for the results and a few games of darts. You can stay at the pub for as little or long as you like (assuming that 21st March is the date of course).

Thanks. That should leave me enough time. I vote for 21st March.

Any Saturday in March except the 14th (for reasons other than comic relief), is equally good for me.

March 28 would fit me best, however I can't guarantee I'm going to be there so please don't go out of your way to fit your plans around me.

The 28th is out for me as I'm attending a 50th birthday party on that date... (two days before my own, only 23rd, birthday...) the 7th and 21st would be best for me...
Attempts: 2 (17h38m, 238 stations) (unknown, 200 stations); Completions: 0; GWR: 0; PBs: 0.

So currently except for Zoe, the 21st looks like the best option for people...

Well I was going on the people that could only make certain dates rather than preference but yes overall it is a tie.

I'm leaning toward the 7th March, with my second choice being 21st March.
Tangy will probably vote for the 809th February
I will give a few more days for comments before the BERC selects the date.

Engineerings works for these dates affecting Z12 are

7th March - District closed Earls Court-Whitechapel, no Circle Line, Jubilee closed London Bridge-Stanmore, Northern closed Stockwell-Morden
21st March - Victoria line closed, Jubilee closed Green Park-Stratford
28th March - H&C closed Edgware Road-Hammersmith, Victoria line closed, Jubilee closed Green Park-Stratford.

This may or may not change anyones vote.
