My legs have decided they don't want to to work after a week of squatting, so I've taken a week off too. :)

Spreadsheet updated (a day late, but whatever).

And we finally have a PB! DrainBrain takes a few seconds off his best at Barking, and a new best finishing position too. The other big news is that Going Underground finally took a week off after his festive exertions, and so scrxisi takes over as the runner on the longest streak (nine runs). Barking looked a fast course, with all runners posting better times than of late.

Scrxisi turned up for Southwark four minutes after the clock had started, so his time of 29:00 is the official time. He actually managed 25:21 by his own watch.

Barking was a great course I shot myself in the foot going off too quick. My strava had 0ft elevation gain for the course.

Next week I should be at Tamar Lakes which will be my 20th different course and all of Cornwall complete. Well for 2 weeks anyway.

It's just bad luck that Mount Edgcombe will start two weeks after you finish Cornwall. If you go to the inaugural at Mount Edgcombe then you will still have a completed Cornwall, but it you can't then go as soon as possible to regain you all of Cornwall.

I can't run next weekend (working), bit I'd have joined you there otherwise. You might like it. Note - uphill finish!

I have a couple of excellent pacemakers to thank.

And I'm really not sure how I managed to be 14th out of 90.

tubeguru, my age grading should be a new best too.
