I think if we play in seconds there will have to be a minimum claim, because it's probably physically impossible to get a post in within 1 second of someone else's post

To change the timestamp to display seconds, select User control panel > Board preferences > My date format. Select "Custom" and change "H:i" to "H:i:s".

Any chance that the two of you will let me claim the 19 points for victory? I think the game's effectively over.
