And the only other known Wilson primes are 5 and 13. If any others exist, they must be higher than 2 x 10^13.

When I read that I thought "that can't possibly be right, it's got to be an exact number of hours" - but no, it seems that Nepal is 5 hours 45 minutes ahead of UTC (or GMT), and one of only two places in the world with a 45-minute offset from the standard time zones.
