I took my PB screwed it into a ball and kicked it out of Mile End Park.

New PB 27:45 Mile end Park Run and also broke the 50% age grade.

Not an outright PB but did beat my Lanhydrock Parkrun time by 4 mins 10 secs.

Good work Damo :) I did another new one today Old Deer Park in Richmond 33:20 so 3rd best time in 16 runs in total and 5 different courses visited now 8)

Turning into a tourist! I hope to visit the inaugural Buckingham parkrun next week :) So, that'll be my 10th venue!
