Being a former Lib Dem cllr. (have I mentioned that before????) I think these polls are best decided using a form of PR, therefore giving 8 options and 4 votes you can have positive and negative votes for whichever dates suit. Therefore we should always arrive at the most popular date by consensus.... see I'm not such a BERC after all!

p.s. looking like 1200 start unless there are huge objections. :D

Shame we couldnt start just a little later then i could take the 1st train to go from Swanage to Waterloo since 1972

Well close voting and I guess we can always do the usual trick that if anyone is running late we can leave the sealed envelope(s) to be picked up at/near the starting station.

Lastly I hope we have a good set of stations and don't have to leave the newtork too often
