My route was
District to Notting Hill Gate (07:27)
Central to White City
run to Wood Lane (17:45) - 1 min wait, very nice start
H&C to Paddington (H&C) (26:27)
Bakerloo to Maida Vale (32:56)
Bakerloo to Piccadilly Circus (50:24)
Piccadilly to Hyde Park Corner (56:02)
bus to Marble Arch (1:04:47) - got slightly lost in the subways at Marble Arch which seem to have been partly closed since I was last there.
Central to Bond Street (1:05:44)
Jubilee to Finchley Road (1:14:55) - was originally heading for West Hampstead but realised I had a better chance of catching the NLL train by running from Finchley Road instead.
run to Finchley Road & Frognal - running 5 mins late, was my only bad connection really
NLL to Kentish Town West
run to Kentish Town (1:39:47) - met up with Tangy here
Northern to Goodge Street (1:49:19)
run to Russell Square (2:03:08)
Piccadilly to Caledonian Road (2:08:17)
Piccadilly to Kings Cross
Met to Aldgate (2:26:52) - was going to get Circle to Monument but just missed one so decided to run to Bank instead.
run to Bank (2:35:40)
Northern to Elephant & Castle (2:40:43)
Bakerloo to Embankment (2:48:08)
District to Westminster (2:50:40)
I think in hindsight the optimum route would be to do Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch straight away rather than messing about trying to do them later.

Particularly since the next H&C was 19 (yes, NINETEEN) minutes behind!
