Sounds like my type of course. I've heard back from some at Penrose and the mud is getting worse. I hope it's switches to the alternate course as well.

There are a few milestones coming up. Nozza is almost at 50 runs, and tractakid and GU are each one away from running 50 unique courses. Geoff is two away from 150 runs overall, and GU is four away from 100 runs. And how long can he keep his streak of runs going?

Next week's Plymvalley run may be held over the "alternative" course, due to the National Trust wanting to give the meadow a bit of a rest after a few weeks of us tearing the mud up in it something rotten. Plus the "lake" is now encroaching onto the course to the point where we have to run round it, thus adding distance to the run! The alternative course is hillier, which sounds like fun.

Oh, I just noticed it's Matthew Cook's 20th birthday today, so his next run will be in the SM20-24 age category.

I'm finding that I can comfortably run under 22m although under that 20m barrier i need to find course and conditions

True but as I'm finding if I don't know the courses I'm unable to practice and know when to pick up pace or not,yesterday 3 to 4km I was running a lot faster then tailed off if I had stayed and left it to that last km I think been under 21

Perhaps go to Poole a few weeks in a row for the best chance of a PB

True but I prefer trying out the different courses and its an adventure to get to them Poole is a nice fast course and I have yet to do an official time so when next rail works that be my priority I can only the next two weeks before a break anyway

Well when poole is official i can claim all dorset park runs apart from nozza with i presume cornwall how many can claim that?
