The second one down is the one I use when going through everyone individually each week. But I do get annoyed with the way their database works (or doesn't).

Surely you don't get that until you complete the 50th. :)

Also, thanks for the results link, Geoff. Very useful.

We all know the rules no barcode, no time, no t shirt.

Tractakid suggested a small change to the spreadsheet. Instead of having a "weeks since last run" column, we now have a "run streak" column. A positive figure on a green background indicates the number of consecutive weeks someone has run. A negative figure on a purple background indicates a run of non-runs. So if someone who didn't run last week runs this week, they'll get a +1. Zero won't feature in this column any more.

I've copied the "weeks since last run" column to the right side of the sheet for now, in case I want to put it back in. it will take ages to go through everyone's stats (and a calendar) to get the figures if I want to use it again!

Nice to see Nozza at Plymvalley this morning. I completely forgot he was coming until the run director asked if there were any tourists. Then I remembered, and saw him standing right in front of me!

I think he managed to beat his course PB, but I don't remember his exact time. I managed 24:34 in the worst conditions I have ever run in, and Nozza managed to cut his leg on a bramble. All good fun though, eh?

Nozza's official time was 27:12, which is 15 seconds off his course best. :)

Yes met Neil at plym valley this morning for a muddy little run in 27:12 a course best time. I need new trail shoes. Going to try and get back to plym valley in the next few weeks to try their alternate course.
