I can see a new challenge coming "The Ten Tors of Parkrun" find ten hilly parkruns and see who get the best time for all ten.

If I don't make it to London on the 14th I will be appearing at Plymvalley as a warm up for the 10k the following day.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

OK, the spreadsheet is updated, an it was quite a busy day yesterday. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

There was a semi-rare outing for Ric Brackenbury, and an even rarer one for Marc Gawley, who is still miles faster than anyone else. Having said that dudey got a PB at Whitstable, while Nozza did his best time at Penrose. I managed to go two seconds faster than Ric, despite having not run 5K for a month. I'm happy with that result. :)

Yesterday's forum day out was at Milton Keynes, where the pecking order was:

1 - Ric - 23:36
2 - tractakid- 26:24
3 - Geoff - 27:58
4 - scrxisi - 28:41

Going Underground stretches his lead in the "most venues" with a run at Alice Holt (wherever that is - can't be arsed to find out).

I think that Alice Holt is the Parkrun on the map just south of Farnham in Surrey

I'm sure the spreadsheet changes things without me knowing about it. It did it with a whole column of figures the other week. There's no way I would have entered the ones I did.

Maybe being an internet version does funny things to it.

No run for me, and not even allowed out in the cold, so no volunteering either. So bored at home. :(

Participation in next Saturday's Great South Run 5k is looking unlikely. :( :(
