No barcode, no time. You know the rules. :)
The other way not to get a time is not to run ;)

It's a bit of a bugger when you are refused annual leave on a Friday when you're working 22.00 to 06.00. It kind of messes up any Saturday morning activity. I've not had a good run just recently. Pun intended.

OK, the table has been updated, along with an alteration suggested by scrxisi. There are now two columns for "this week" - one shows the venue and the other shows the time for this week. Also noted are whether someone ran, volunteered, or both. In this column PB means an overall best time, and CB means course best.

No PBs this week, and I was annoyed that I wasn't given annual leave for Friday night. I got in from work at 04.50 and went straight to bed. Woke up at 08.30, looked at the clock, went "Urgh", and straight back to sleep again! Stupid work. I believe Dudey was on barcode scanning this week, and tractakid was token sorting, both doing so after running.

I thought GU had become the first person to do an American parkrun by going all the way to South Dakota, but that joke doesn't work due to a different spelling of Rushmore ...

Here it is: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

I did barcode scanning at Southsea this week. Couldn't run because of a minor chest infection. :(

Geoff's time of 25:09 at Burgess is surely an overall PB.

I'm on it. I had it in my head that your PB was in the 24s. I always update the table while being distracted by everything, hence why there's always something each week. :)

A new park run for me Poole park run very pretty course and very flat but u need to be at the front in order not to get bogged down on a tight and well attended course.

I found it tough this morning but some how managing to shave another 17 seconds off my Penrose course PB now down to 26:44.

Two weeks of tail running coming up so next chance to improve will be the November 7th.

I must consider coming down one weekend to try it out. I got 23:34 today, which is my second-best Plymvalley time. Not too shabby after no running for four weeks.

Alice Holt was very tough indeed 3 climbs, one of them twice which was long and fairly gradual and one that was very steep....
Pleased to get under 35 mins at this beast...
