ah keep them in there its always handy to have those as a back up if you have to put it in () the amount of times i have been held at roding valley or buxkhurst hill for example i now run that bit.

My attendance at this and the next R15 is severely in doubt because of a lingering chest infection. Still, there's a few days left to get better yet, so you never know.
