Yes first week will be 6.30 and there is a possible later train once I know how long to get there from the station.

Looks like a lovely one-lapper too. :)

MK's course has been flooded for a while now. If it's not open next week, they will have to miss the 4 year anniversary parkrun!

I went to the wrong entrance missed the start by a couple of minutes and walked around a lot of the puddles so should improve on 38:08

Just got back from the 1st Bodmin Parkrun. It was the toughest 5k I have done in a long time. Very slippery and hilly.

Which lead to a poor 34.45.
