BTW This is my formal interpretation of the question: If you draw a vertical line down from the center of a station (on the ref map) and that line crosses (i.e. enters, passes through, then leaves and not just starts on) Central Line, then I consider that station as being north of Central Line. Any Interchange symbol on Central Line is considered part of the line. This further implies e.g.:
* Park Royal is north of Central Line
* West Ruislip is NOT north of Central Line
* Chorleywood is north of Central Line
* Amersham is NOT north of Central Line
* Epping and Chigwell are north of Central Line
* Grange Hill and Hainault are NOT north of Central Line
* Woodford is north of Central Line (since the center of that station is to the right of the Epping branch)
* South Woodford is NOT north of Central Line ((since the center of that station is on the Epping branch)
I.e. so far:
Are you inside the "Bottle" ? - No (1/20)
Are you on a sub surface line? - No (2/20)
Are you outside Z1? - Yes (3/20)
Are you on a Tube line? - No (4/20)
Are you on the DLR? - No (5/20)
