Not wishing to set off an argument, i bought the Drivers Eye view video, and it says that West Harrow is "the only station on the branch to be served exclusively by the Met." -- the word "branch" is the clue, it refers to the Uxbridge Branch (the chapter of the DVD in which the quote is embedded is named "Uxbridge"). West Harrow is indeed the only station on the Uxbridge branch to be served exclusively by the Met, but not on the whole line.
