Time of 32:43 (pb), position 442 (overall), SM30-34, age grade 39.53%.
Super stuff :) currently camping with no laptop, so please forgive the tardiness in adding your time to the table. Unless the all-powerful Tubeguru does it.

James has been added to the list on page one of this thread. He has also been added to the spreadsheet, the updated version of which can be found here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

No PBs this week (unless you count James), but tractakid equals GU on run venues; they now have 34 each.

I had a walk round Hove and Brighton today, and had a sneak peek of 3 parkrun venues. OK, Hove Prom hasn't started yet, but I believe it's coming soon.

Brighton & Hove parkrun isn't flat...

Can't see that because it says I'm not your friend. :(

One day I'll do the nearby Queen Elizabeth parkrun: http://veloviewer.com/activities/205892952

I can confirm having done B & H that it is a tricky climb up the far side of the course....

Try now, Nick. I did make it linkable, but I think that reset when I corrected the title...

Here's a screenshot from my Runkeeper, showing the Plymvalley course and gradient. The course wouldn't quite fit on the screen when zoomed in this far, but it's only just off the top and bottom. The nasty hill is just off the top of the map, joining the two purple lines together from left to right. It's the little v-shaped notch about halfway along the "tabletop" on the gradient map (at around 2.5km).

I'm quite lucky that it's been my regular run for nearly a year (started with a single circuit, building up to effectively the Parkrun route before swapping from Sunday mornings to Saturday mornings) so I knew what to expect!

Wow, so many hills.

If you want to get an impression of the elevation changes at Southsea parkrun get your ironing board out.

Strava, I was using Runkeeper. But moved to Strava about 6 months ago. I find some of its features better such as shoe mileage.

Does it cost to upgrade, as with RK?

It does cost to upgrade, but the free version is very good.
