Just a reminder that if you'd like to join me, it's my 100th parkrun a week tomorrow, at Milton Keynes. Let me know if you'd like to come :)

Because I am in Llandudno and I'm not missing the chance to do Conwy parkrun, and I also want to do it at MK.

Since I'm still not well, I'd like to wish tractakid all the best for his 100th on Saturday.

Hope Andrew had a great 100th :D

Not quite a PB today at Harrow 6 seconds behind my best time and 2nd ever sub 31 minute run, BUT it was my best age grading so far coming in at 50.65% :)

Funnily enough, I matched your previous PB today, at 25:13.

OK, the spreadsheet is updated for this week:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

One PB this week for Tractakid, although Going Underground is now the holder of the most unique venues visited, with 34 to Tractakid's 32. Interestingly, although TK got a PB time his age-graded percentage didn't increase. I assume this is to do with his age being larger than when he set his last PB of 25:13.

No PB for me this week. I think I need to use my non-trail running shoes to get more bounce, and I couldn't use them this week due to a rain storm which turned the meadow into a mud-fest once more. Next week, maybe!

What to believe? A PB anyway at "Run for Nepal" day at Northala

Showing finish as 137 in 30:14 (51.71%), but i was given token 138 logged timed at 30:31 either way is a PB and as we were fairly spread out I finished with nobody around me so hard to tell from the times

No fewer than eight tube forum members were out running this weekend, including the lesser-spotted Ric Brackenbury of all people.

GU's time shows in the results for Northala Fields as 30:14, so that's what he's credited with here. They obviously spotted an anomaly with the tokens when they were collating the results, and corrected his position accordingly. That's the only PB this week, which moves him slightly above Tractakid in terms of age-grading.

Here's how it stands: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Incidentally, as you lot move up an age group can you let me know, as I don't check it every week when I update the stats. Maybe I should do so, as not everyone on the list is on the forum these days, so won't be able to tell me. But if you do grow up, let me know.
