Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Maybe they should use a different abbreviation for the different types of PB (overall PB and course PB).

Could even have your overall PB a different colour.

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
I have sent an email to Parkrun with suggestions to change how PBs are shown. With your overall Parkrun PB time shown in a different Colour.

That terminology is fairly standard throughout the broader running community too, in my experience

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Looks like it was a forum day out at Mile End yesterday. But no PBs from anyone across the board. I reckon I could have beaten 24 minutes, but I was running with a slower friend, helping her along, so I was 11 minutes off my PB. Next week ...
Anyway, here's the latest update: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
OK, all added into the spreadsheet. As it's his first run he gets the darker pink "PB" shading.

Another spin at Penrose a slight improvement on my course record but another PB for Matt. He brakes 30 mins for the first time in 29.01.
Well done to all that were out today.

Well done to Matt.
I had a nice run at Bognor Regis today.
Friendly people and well organised. The course is set in a very nice little park. It's a 3-and-a-half lapper, is flat and on tarmac or good paths, but is quite twisty, and narrow in some places. My time was so-so, but there was a relatively low turnout so I have a new placing PB.

44 one of my best placing but this was due to a few people being in London for a little jog tomorrow.

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
OK, spreadsheet updated. I've highlighted the "Weeks since last run" column so that people who ran this week are highlighted in darker purple.
A couple of PBs here and there. I can't run again until the week after next, when I will be going for my sub-23.
