1. Spokesman..... I nominate jamesthegill (The Green Lantern)
2. I have witness statements on pc at work, easy to update for this attempt.
3. I was planning on doing handlouts in colour oh home pc this weekend, I will do several different ones with various www so we all get a chance of sponsorship.
4. I HAVE PURCHASED 120 RED NOSES IF YOU WANT ONE LET ME KNOW, THEY'RE £1 EACH
5. I think if we have walkie talkies with Andi at front and kevin at back we shouldn't get seperated. With 14 people I can't see the group getting too many gaps in between.
6. I will buy the group tickets tomorrow. Last chance to let me know if you want to be included!
7. I think we meet at 06:00 at Hatton X.
8 I will not be carrying a back pack, all I will have is a small bum bag for tickets and energy bars.

Slightly related note, when the BTP and general Underground security keep stopping us, we need a nominated spokesman to step forward and explain things. I will crack under the pressure and generally spout rubbish, so anyone up for this task?

As discussed, we'll do GWR things on the off-chance everything goes really well. Are we going to rotate these tasks or do people want to just do them all day? I own no cameras but can use one if furnished with it! Pre-printed witness statements and/or leaflets need prodcuing - and I think we'll need more than your average CiN attempt! I'm going to go down Oxfam and buy at least the pin badge to wear on my costume to identify me as a Comic Relief bod, maybe even a red nose too for intermittent use :)

Tickets are Antony's domain, this week I think you said? Do we want a simple webpage knocking together or whall we use the justgiving/comic releif ones already pulished? A URL would probably want to go on a leaflet... I forget - did someone say they were going to do some twittering on the day?

Will we all want to carry bags? Suggest we all travel as light as possible. If this means we can share bags then we should coordinate this in advance - then perhaps we can do a bit of bag carrying rotation too on the day.

Route is set, with only two options at one stage. Unless a major catastrophe happens, we should probably just stick to it. We HAVE to travel as a group, so should do our best not to split up. If we do end up seperated, what's the contingency? Wait at next stop/next interchange? We need to get some kind of simple arrangement in place so as to minimise confusion on the day, if it happens.

Meeting place - first train is 0623 from HT4 I believe, so shall we say 0600 at HT4? Gives us time to laugh at each other and get it out of our system in good time... I can bring two walkie talkies if they are being used - will probably try and leave my phone at home on this one, but may go back on that. We should, of course, all have them set to the same frequency if we are bringing them, or maybe not depending on level of abuse, hehe :)

I know there's still a week to go but I wanna think about things now so we can have as much fun as possible on the day. Anything else we need to consider?
I like to take on the btp & tfl staff about the 1st one seeing as i be first to run into the stations i just tell them to f**k off and leave me alone.

So you want to get arrested then... I would recommend diplomacy, especially as you will be dressed as a convict :)

I'm happy to talk to staff, I can handle objections and use long words off the cuff quite well :) and I'll have a backpack with me, with a bit of spare room in it too.

OK I think you should do this James, does your Power Ring have some sort of hypnotic powers of persuasion? "Move along BTP, these aren't the super heroes your looking for"

I think maybe you're confusing Green Lantern with Obi Wan-Kenobi! :D

Not that it won't stop me trying Jedi mind tricks...

I will take my usual task of logging departure and arrival times and also train numbers, however if someone can help with this as I usually forget to take an arrival time when we are preparing to leave the train for a run and have been know to miss several on the way round as well when getting involved in conversation's etc..... :|

Should we make it 5:50 at Hatton X then :?:

Cheers Damo, we are both used to it so might as well keep 2 separate logs and synchronise watches :D

I think I'll take responsibility for analysing the survival guides etc. to see which routes to take at various places where we have options and to keep track of how were doing record wise.
