Only tractakid ventured over to Germany to enjoy their extra parkrun on Tuesday. He ran around Alstervorland and his data has been loaded into the spreadsheet.

I remember that was just before we saw the Packers at Tottenham. You were struggling to walk!

yes i noticed that i think there was just too many people the website kept crashing so that might be the reason they capped to 50!

I've amended the wording on the spreadsheet to reflect the higher bar for entry to the parkrun.com 'Most Events Table' as mentioned above, thanks for drawing my attention to that!

im a 3 regionnaire now very close to 4 but south west will have to wait a little while next up is newport and will be my slowest time this year as im guide running.
