These are certainly true, but I think I'd phrase it like this:

Congratulations to DrainBrain on his first run (more like a walk, really) since parkrun resumed.

Mr and Mrs Soup Dragon are a couple of weeks into their walk now and have managed to attach a live tracker to themselves so we can all watch from comfort. All the details are on his socials - notably Antony is still doing parkrun every week and ticked off Marine Parade on Saturday.
