Well done all yet another cold and breezey 10 miler for me. Can't wait for local Parkrun to start. 5 weeks to inaugural. And 4 weeks to the test event.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

The plan is to turn 100 on the 25th April*, which earns me my 3rd free t-shirt :)

I'd love it if people could make it up to Milton Keynes for the run that day!

*I hope not to break a leg or anything before this date, and I'm hoping my next volunteering stint will be after this date but if for some reason MK are desperately short of run directors on a particular week I may step up. But I am expecting it to be on this date.

Looks like the Bushy parkrun course is changing! I'd like to go and do the current course before it changes... which gives the next 4 weeks, probably. Anybody else up for it? I'd still like to do Cassiobury on the 14th.

7th Lanhydrock
14th Fulham Palace
21st Penrose Test Run.
28th Penrose Inaugral.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

I have a chest infection so no run for me this week and last week. :(

It's a shame because records were being set.
