Correct, but had I done that, depending on the next third move, I might not have been able to play:

KONIGSKREUZ,

performing a central inverse block on the four adjacent westbound stations, also banning the departure from platform three of any station within a 2.4 kilometre radius (thanks for that) and finally invoking my chosen move, leading to a rise factor of 5.875, and allowing me to claim a bonus package of 9973.
