Myself, Ping Pon & Dr Who did some DLR research earlier today.
So I have now officially visited all DLR stations in 19 years 327 days and 12 hours. Hopefully my next DLR attempt will be somewhat quicker. :)
We took a look at the Gallions Reach to King George run and it does look a bit of a killer. It took us around 18 minutes to walk, we did not have time to run it as well.
When we arrived back at Worthing this evening we attempted a run of similar distance, I managed 8m08s and Ping Pon 8m41s, so we need to improve those times to consider the run.

2 hours 5 minutes if connections are sexy enough...that can be improved on I think.

EDIT: Got it down to under two hours...if we run like hell.

I was thinking about getting some T shirts made for "DLR 20". I would need to order a minimum of 10 and they will cost approx £15 each. If we can get a few more ordered the cost will come down. Please let me know if you would be interested in ordering one.

Myself & Ping Pon did another training run tonight for the infamous Gallions Reach to King George V run. We both managed PB's but still haven't achieved the required 7 minutes.

Soup Dragon 7m 23s
Ping Pon 7m 50s

:)

We didn't actually travel to Docklands to do the run!
We did it in sunny Worthing (well actually, cold, damp & cloudy Worthing)
We both decided tonight was the night to "give it the beans" and this paid dividends.

I don't know what your worrying about Soup Dragon? :?

We have been out and looked at the run its not that bad, and there is the possibility of catching a Bus.

I don't know what he is worrying about either, my route would never include such a ludicrous run

What you need is to realise how silly it is all becoming. :)
